Sometimes kids know exactly how they feel but can't find the word. These flashcards let them point instead.

25 feelings, each with a picture on one side and the word on the other. They range from everyday feelings like happy, tired, and bored to bigger ones like jealous, embarrassed, lonely, and disappointed, with plenty of room for the good stuff: proud, brave, thankful, and loved.

Ways to use them:

• A quick check-in at dinner or bedtime: "Which one feels like today?"
• Act out a feeling and guess it together
• Sort them into "comfortable" and "uncomfortable" feelings, and talk about how all of them are okay to have
